Q: I have been on PRiME Plus for a week and haven't lost any weight and haven't really noticed any changes in my hunger. Is it not working for me?
A: All of the studies that have been done on Hoodia gordonii - the principal ingredient in PRiME Plus - have shown that it typically takes 6 weeks for the cumulative effects of this herb to take place to such a degree that the participants reduced their food intake by 1,000 calories per day. This reduction was accomplished without their conscious effort! At this level of calorie reduction, we can expect that from that point on they will lose 1 pound every three and one-half days. What needs to be kept in mind, however, is that it can take 6 weeks or so before weight loss begins.
Q: What does it mean to "plateau" in weight loss? I've been experiencing plateaus in my weight loss - even with PRiME Plus. Is there something I can do?
A: Plateaus can be one of the true frustrations in a weight loss program. To plateau in weight loss terms means you reach a temporary place where weight loss slows or stops.
